Free Lung Cancer Support Group, Denver

The second Tuesday of each month from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Participants are welcome to bring a brown bag lunch.)

One to One Counseling

We also offer 1:1 counseling for those dealing with a new diagnosis for themselves or a loved one.  Counseling is provided by Kimberly A. Harvey, MA, MSW, LCSW, the Medical Social Worker at the Cancer Resource Center.

Free "Nicki's Circle" Ovarian Cancer Support Group, Denver

The third Wednesday of each month, from 6:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. Guided meditation at 6 pm.

Location: Swedish Medical Center - 501 E. Hampden Ave., Englewood, CO 80113. Group meets in the 2nd floor hospital conference center, Pine A (get directions).

Oncology care leader Swedish Medical Center, in partnership with Colorado Ovarian Cancer Alliance (COCA), offers a monthly support group for women with ovarian cancer and their caregivers. Cancer survivors are encouraged to attend so they can connect with other women who have ovarian cancer, share support and gain valuable information. There is no charge for joining this support group.

The second Wednesday of each month from 6 to 7 p.m.

This support group is designed for breast cancer patients and breast cancer survivors. Sessions are tailored to the needs of the participants.
