Bariatric Pre-Op Classes at Swedish
Gastric Bypass Pre-Op Class
This class is required for patients scheduled for gastric bypass surgery. During this five-hour class, patients will learn about necessary changes in diet and nutrition that are keys to success for bariatric patients. Patients should call Kelly Elliott at 303-770-1222 to register. Cost of this class is $150.
Classes are held throughout the year on Sundays during two convenient time slots either during the day or in the evening. The Gastric Bypass Pre-Op class is held in Swedish Medical Center's 2nd Floor Conference Center.
Adjustable Band Pre-Op Class
This class is required for patients scheduled for lap band surgery. During this hour-long class, patients will learn about necessary changes in diet and nutrition that are keys to success for bariatric patients. Patients should call Kelly Elliott at 303-770-1222 to register. Cost of this class is $100.
Classes are held the second Monday of each month from 5 - 6:30 p.m. in the Swedish Medical Center 2nd Floor Conference Center, Spruce C.
