Compassion & Coordination for Neurovascular Patients

Patients visiting The Swedish Neurovascular Center receive comprehensive care from experts in the neurovascular field, who hold weekly case conferences to examine and thoroughly discuss each case.

Furthermore, each patient has a team to guide him or her through the process. Our Neurovascular Care Coordinator is a point of contact for inpatient care and will help to coordinate care throughout hospitalization. Additionally, the coordinator will help the patient make the transition from inpatient care to outpatient services.
