Free Spine Surgery Preparation Classes for Back Surgery Patients at Swedish Medical Center

2nd & 4th Wednesday of each month from 8 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

The class is designed to help patients feel more comfortable about their upcoming hospital stay, to create appropriate expectations about the surgery and post surgical care, and to begin the education process so they can experience the smoothest recovery.
