Contacting Your Provider

Patients can leave a non-urgent message for a physician by calling 303-788-3100 and following the automated prompts. Your provider or one of his/her associates will attempt to return your call within two business days of receiving your message.

Please be aware that lab and test results are now available on the patient portal. Patients may receive some results via mail notification; however, physicians will contact patients directly via phone to discuss results that require immediate follow up care. For this reason, we encourage patients to provide current contact information at each appointment.
