8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
1:30 to 5 p.m.
*Please note: On the first and third Tuesday of each month, the office is closed from 12 to 2:15 p.m. for staff education.
All patients should arrive 20 minutes early for each appointment to complete any necessary paperwork so that it does not take away from your appointment time.
Please inform the scheduler of all issues and conditions that you need addressed during your appointment. Otherwise, appropriate time may not be allotted and follow-up appointments may be required to ensure proper care.
Office translation services are available. For patients who do not speak English, a phone interpreter service is available through the ATT Language Line. Sign language interpreters also are available. To use these services, please notify our schedulers when making your appointment.
