Comprehensive Fracture Program at Denver's Swedish Medical Center
As a part of Swedish Orthopedic Trauma, the Comprehensive Fracture Program (CFP) offers state-of-the-art care for all types of fractures through a multidisciplinary, patient-centered approach. Experts from a unique blend of disciplines provide specialized care for a wide-range of patients, including:

The Swedish CFP is the only program of its type in the Rocky Mountain region, affording patients access to a many different specialists-- all in one location. This structure allows for the highest levels of quality, safety and patient outcomes.
Program Leaders Drs. Steven Morgan and Wade Smith have treated thousands of patients with severe fractures and healing problems; they have published more than 250 scientific papers and books regarding fracture care; and have taught advanced fracture care throughout the nation and world. These highly experienced surgeons are supported by specially trained experts in shoulder, hip, upper extremity, foot and ankle injuries. Together, the team provides a patient-centered experience that matches each patient with the best expert and the best treatment plan for his/her injury. In addition, the CFP’s experienced team of nurses, operating room staff and care coordinators ensure that each patient receives the attention, resources and support he/she needs to make the best recovery possible.
