Pediatric Intensivists at Swedish Medical Center

As a Level I Trauma Center and a member of the Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children network, Swedish Medical Center is uniquely qualified to care for children with traumatic injuries.

Our pediatric intensivist team is specially trained to provide leading-edge, compassionate treatment for pediatric trauma patients and those requiring pediatric intensive care.

In addition to a highly experienced team, we have dedicated an emergency department trauma room to pediatric trauma patients, specifically designing it to meet their unique needs. We also have an entire six-bed pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) created to meet the needs of pediatric intensive care patients and their families.
