The Dunstan System will teach you how to tune your ear to the 5 'words', take you through settling solutions, and gives helpful advice for parents. Signing Smart™ Parent Workshop

This is a one time, two-hour workshop introducing "baby" sign language use as a means to enhance communication with your child. Studies show sign language promotes early communication, speeds spoken language development, reduces frustration and tantrums, and enhances bonding between parent and child.

In this class you will learn 30+ American Sign Language signs and how to incorporate signs with the spoken word, plus receive a sign book to help reinforce your learning after class. The Parent Workshop is recommended for expectant parents, parents with babies too young to start the Signing Smart Play Series (younger than six months), and/or caregivers who would like to sign and or support signing efforts with the child(ren) they care for, and anyone else interested in signing with hearing infants and toddlers. Registration: Call 1-866-7Swedish or use ONLINE REGISTRATION.

HUG Your Baby

Hug Your Baby is a one-time class designed to help parents understand, prevent and solve problems around a baby's eating, sleeping and crying and encourage parent-child attachment and bonding.

This class offers a deeper understanding of techniques to enhance breastfeeding, provide adequate sleep for mom and baby, and increase parents' ability to calm their babies. It's a must for any parent or grandparent. Includes take home DVD. This class is offered after Saturday All about Baby classes, to further expand your understanding of your baby. Healthy Beginnings: Infant Massage

This class series is designed to teach parents an understanding of infant development and communication through massage. Learn massage strokes, movement activities and interactions that support better growth patterns, improved bonding, and reduced fussiness. Join other parents in sharing and learning with your baby.

Offered to parents and their babies who are at least six weeks old to pre-crawling age, infant massage classes are facilitated by a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI).
