Eating a Diet Low in Saturated Fat, Trans Fat, and Cholesterol
The major kinds of fats in the foods we eat are saturated, polyunsaturated, monounsaturated, and trans fatty acids. Saturated fats, trans fats, and dietary cholesterol raise blood cholesterol levels.
