You can either register when you arrive at Swedish, or you can register in advance. To register in advance, simply ask our admissions department for a pre-admission form. Our Pre-Admissions Clinic phone number is 303-788-6009 or our main number is 303-788-5000.
If you are having surgery at Swedish, an appointment with the Pre-Admissions Clinic is free of charge as a convenient service for you. Pre-Admissions Clinic can help you with medical history, blood testing and other preparations for your surgery. The clinic can also ensure you are ready to go the morning of your surgery.
Bill Payment and Financial Information
Swedish Medical Center has Patient Financial Counselors who are available to answer your insurance and other financial questions related to your stay at the hospital.
From 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, a Patient Financial Counselor is available by calling the following phone numbers:

Call 1-888-824-7655 if you need an estimate of the cost for a procedure or service in advance. Payment options are available for self-pay and uninsured patients.
Swedish Medical Center also offers a convenient, secure online bill payment option. This feature is available to patients who received treatment at Swedish on or after October 24, 2006. If you received services prior to October 24 or have additional questions, please call our business office at 303-788-5585 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to discuss your payment options.
In general, a summary copy of hospital charges is mailed to your home approximately 10 days after you are discharged from the hospital - or you can now view it online. Remember, you will receive a separate statement from each physician involved in your care. Charges for services provided by your doctor, any consulting physician, surgeon, anesthesiologist, pathologist, emergency physician or radiologist are not included in your hospital bill.
